This app allows you to build workout routines in a few easy steps:
1) Select an empty workout slot and add a new exercise.
2) Set the rest time between each exercise.
3) Take a picture or use an existing picture of how the exercise is done.
4) Add the number of sets, and the number of reps in each set.
5) Adjust the duration of each repetition. This helps you optimize the TUT (Time Under Tension).
6) Add as many exercises as you want to your workout routine.
Additional features:
* Export your exercise routine, and share it with others. If you are a trainer, build and optimize your workout routines and share them with your clients. (We recommend that you take pictures ahead of time then edit them and add your personal/company information to the top of each picture. This way your clients will always know how to reach you.)
* Set continuous timer so that you dont need to touch your device. (This is particularly useful for time based exercises).
* Use the voice feature to count the number of reps for you. (This way you dont rush your reps and you are always in control).
The Default Workout:
Simple to follow exercise routine for when you cannot make it to the Gym. The default workout is based on the popular 7 minutes high-intensity interval training. It has the same effects of a prolonged endurance training in less time. the only equipment you need is a chair!
